At RGC we believe God has given us the five fold ministry of apostle, prophet, evangelists, pastors and teachers, in the body of Christ, for the purpose of equipping the saints for the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:11-12).  We don't glorify the title, but we honor those who give their lives and their hearts to serve people. 

At RGC, we believe that ministry is all about people.  And, we have an awesome group of leaders and pastors that are sold out to bringing the lost, and the found, into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.  We serve people and bring them to the experience of a personal relationship with Jesus.  We teach and mentor them to be that which Christ has called them to be.
